Refund policy

Return or Exchange is not applicable.

As a result of the hygiene factor involved with our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is not as per the order, wrong, broken, damaged or used. In the event that you receive such a product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order and share the video of unpacking of thee product. We will work with you to facilitate a return and provide an exchange of the products of the same or more amount.

You will be asked to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue with your product. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping fees will not be covered by us.
